Adorable pictures! And I would just like to come to Alec's defense one more time - it isn't his fault that his mom got the height of a supermodel (and the looks but that is another story altogether). He just 'looks' too old to trick or treat because he is a head taller than everyone his age.
Corbie - did you see him!? He was a man! For some reason the really huge kids kindove bugged me this year. Especially the few that came back more than once, with lame costumes. Maybe because it was already in the back of my mind, but I think I'll just let him have a party at my house next year. The really good, fun, clean party.
He has braces you know. Candy is out of the question!
Yes, I saw him. And dang if it didn't bring tears to my eyes because, you are correct, he is a man. What happened? Where did the years go? I swear you just told me you were pregnant and I was so excited to be an aunt. Fine, clean party at your house next year - slightly less clean one at mine a few years later (I kid, of course :)
Isn't there always an aunts house that they can throw the slightly less clean parties at! Sorry, you'll have to wait for Carter, you'll have no luck with Alec. Man, he's a good kid!

In your usual cool mom fashion you have managed to make not being able to trick-or-treat a good thing...with a party. I'd be more worried about having 20 teenagers at my house...now that is SCARY!

I have to agree with Corby...let Alec go trick-or-treating! I went in college down at BYU! Yes i agree I probably shouldn't have, but good times, good memories!
